St. Gertrude’s L.I.V.E. > Forgiveness Toolbox
Forgiveness Toolbox: A Class in Transformation
THIS EVENT IS FULL.
Four one-hour Zoom classes with Sister Barbara Jean Glodowski at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, Tuesdays, October 6, 13, 20, 27
We are told we should forgive, but not taught exactly what it is or how to do it. Yet forgiveness is imperative to our spiritual, mental, and physical health. In this class — through scripture, lectures, and prayer — you will learn what forgiveness is and is not, and how to develop your own “Forgiveness Toolbox” that will empower you in the hurts and challenges of life. As you understand forgiveness as a threshold to joy, freedom, and growth — you will begin to see why Jesus said that we should forgive not “seven times, but seventy times seven.” (Matthew 18:22) With a deeper understanding of the mystery of forgiveness and practical actions toward achieving it, you will be better prepared to answer the call to forgive again and again.
This class is offered for a free will offering. Maximum 20 participants. Classes will be recorded.
