During the colder months on the Camas Prairie, Sister Placida Wemhoff moves her labors from tending the monastery campus to her indoor first floor office/studio, using bookbinding equipment that has been around as long as she can remember.

As she repairs cloth-bound and leather-bound books, she finds the work contemplative.
