Deepening Our Spirituality with Mindfulness
With Gail Stearns
May 8 - 10, 2026
Are you feeling fatigue from personal or societal ills, loneliness, overwhelmed? Or would you simply love to develop more resilience and centeredness for daily life and the work you are passionately engaged in? When we combine mindfulness tools with spiritual, contemplative practice, we can experience this transformation in a beautiful way.
We will include praying with the Sisters of St. Getrude as well as meals together as part of this retreat.
