Heather Berndt
Heather Berndt is a mixed media artist and trained spiritual director from Spokane, WA. She is a student of many wisdom traditions including Benedictine monasticism, archetypal psychology, 12-step recovery, and the expressive arts. Heather believes wholeheartedly in the power of play and gives herself lots of permission to be curious, to make messes, and to be surprised when hanging out with the creator.
From 2015-2020 Heather was a co-facilitator in the Monastery’s Embracing the Artistic Call cohort. She is also the author of a children’s book about the Hours of the Day. She lives in Spokane, WA with her husband, Dave, and their shelter cat, Mr. Cosmo.
