People of the Monastery

The Center for Benedictine Life at the Monastery of St. Gertrude includes a community of more than two dozen vowed Benedictine Sisters who serve in a wide variety of ministries: teaching, healthcare, pastoral care, artists and craftspersons, writers, retreat and spiritual directors, among others.

Men and women, single and married, are part of the Center for Benedictine Life at the Monastery of St. Gertrude as oblates.
